Orders and Shipping Priority
Olivelle's #1 priority is our customer and we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Olivelle ships orders out in the order they are received within 24-72 hours of being placed. However please note out of stocks, manufacturing delays, or seasonal influxes of orders may delay shipping further.
Placing Orders
Orders can be place on www.OlivelleWholesale.com For further assistance you can place orders directly with our account manager by emailing orders@olivelle or calling 406-587-4246. A PDF of our pricelist is availabe in Google Drive for your reference. Prices and case quanities subject to change.
We often pack orders for shipping within hours of being submitted, in order to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible, we do not wait for confirmation or approval of sales orders. Please make sure your order is accurate when submitting. If you would like to approve sales orders before your order is processed, please let us know when you place your order and we are happy to accommodate.
Plase note orders containing Pre-Bottled Oil & Vinegar will have a 3-4 day extended lead time as products are filled fresh. Please account for this when ordering.
If you are placing an order for pick-up at our warehouse please submit 3 business days in advance to allow our team time to process and pick your order.
Changes to Order
Please submit any changes to orders as soon as possible to help ensure you get the correct products and quantities with minimal delays to your initial order. Changes to orders will create delays in shipping and can include additional costs. When an order has been pulled and packed it is considered complete. Once your order is complete we are unable to add additional items to the order. Should you decide to cancel or remove things form a completed order we will asses a 15% restocking fee on cancelled orders/removed items. This restocking fee must be paid prior to any future orders being shipped.
Low Stock and Out of Stock Items
When orders are placed that include items that are low stock or out of stock they will still be placed on your invoice as backordered for your reference. Olivelle does not send backordered items once more product is received, so it is best to always order the quantities you need of product. In cases where items are low stock Olivelle may place a maximum order limit so that we can better serve all customers.
Freight and Small Pack
Olivelle has two shipping options, "Small Pack" and "Freight". Orders that are too small for a pallet are considered "Small Pack" and will ship through UPS (sometimes USPS, but rarely). All other orders will ship on a pallet(s) through LTL Freight. Olivelle offers tiered shipping caps based on your order size. You can find more information on our shipping caps on the Shipping Policies page.
Olivelle works with multiple freight companies to offer the best pricing and service to your area. Due to our shipping caps Olivelle will choose the least expensive freight option. Although unlikely, If you request for us to ship through a specific freight company, and the pricing is significantly higher than the option that would have been chosen, we may asses additional shipping charges.
As a general rule of thumb pallet orders must be completed, scheduled, and paid by 12:30pm MST and small pack orders must be completed and paid by 4:00pm MST in order for them to ship that day.

Payment and Terms
All first-time orders, prior to shipping, must be pre-paid via credit card or check. Checks can be made out to “Olivelle”. Customers who pay with check or ACH will be sent an "invoice quote" before the order is pulled, and the ship cap will be used as the expected freight cap. Any overages will be credited on the next order. All orders in which the account is not eligible for terms or has not applied for terms must be pre-paid via credit card or check before shipping. Olivelle accepts terms agreements after the first three orders are placed and paid in full. To inquire about terms please call 406-587-4246 or email orders@olivelle.com to receive an application.
Shipping Time Frame
Note that once your package leaves the Olivelle facility we are not responsible for any delays in your product. The estimated time of arrival is generated by the shipping company and Olivelle has no control over this date. Please make sure to account for delays when placing orders as the ETA is only an estimated not guaranteed time of arrival.
Note on Casks
Oil & Vinegar Casks remain property of Olivelle. The price noted on the wholesale order form is an initial rental fee. Shall purchases of bulk oil & vinegar cease for a period of 6 months (120 days) and upon notice, casks must be returned to Olivelle or an additional fee will be assessed at a rate of $25 per month, per cask, until returned. Under no circumstances is product other than that purchased from Olivelle permitted to be sold or marketed through Olivelle's proprietary cask system. By purchasing product from Olivelle you are agreeing to these terms.
