What Is the Bulk Glass Buying Program?

This is an opportunity for you and your store to purchase bulk quantities of Olivelle’s Signature Bella Glass Bottles direct from the factory at a volume discount. Bottles will be offered in full and half pallet quantities for all 4 sizes. Pricing for 1/2 pallets reflects the additional processing time required to split full pallets upon receipt from the factor before they are shipped to you. 

How Does The Program Work?

Olivelle wants to make this as easy and streamlined as possible by handling all of the logistics. It’s as easy as following Olivelle’s ordering calendar and placing your orders during the ordering window. All glass is custom made to order and has an estimated production and delivery time of 11 weeks from factory to Olivelle’s dock. Upon arrival at Olivelle, we will arrange final delivery to your facility. 

Cost & Count Breakdown:

Black Shrink Caps
We recommend ordering shrink caps at the same time as your bottle purchase to ensure you have the quantity you need. Payment for the shrink caps will not be due until your bulk glass ships.

Shrink caps come in case packs of 1,000. To calculate how many boxes you will need, multiply the units per case (refer to the chart above, and note whether you are purchasing a half pallet or full pallet) by the number of pallets or half pallets you are ordering. Then, divide the total by 1,000 and round up to the nearest whole number.

Example:
If you purchase 2 full pallets:
(1,584 x 2) ÷ 1,000 = 3.17 → 4 cases.

Payment

At the time of placing your order, a 50% deposit will be required via ACH. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be assessed. If the initial payment is not made by the designated date noted on the ordering calendar, then the bulk order will be canceled. You will still continue to have the opportunity to order on the standard wholesale order form via the published glass rates. The remaining balance plus final shipping cost to your location will be due prior to leaving Olivelle. If payment cannot be made at that time a $40 per week, per pallet storage fee will be applied.  

A 50% deposit is not required for shrink caps purchased alongside a bulk glass order. Payment for the shrink caps will be due when the bulk glass order ships to your store.
