How to Sample

Directions: Mix 1/4 cup dried Tapenade with 1/4 cup hot water. Let stand for 3 minutes. Drizzle with 1 tsp Balsamic and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil (we recommend Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and plain extra virgin olive oil.) Sample with bread and toothpicks, or ecotensils.
